At 4km from the Anselmi House in Croviana there’s the gondola in Daolasa (Almazzago) to get to the biggest skia area in Trentino.

The house

Anselmi house has 8 apartments with all the necessaries to cook and sleep. There’s a small external parking spot outside the building.

refundable deposit (or bail) 100€ for each apartment
pet supplement 35€ (on request, only for medium/small size cat or dog; reconfirmation in Malè’s office)

MINIMUM OCCUPANCY:

two-room apartment 2+2: minimum 3, maximum 4 paying persons per apartment
two-room apartment 4+2: minimum 4, maximum 6 paying persons per apartment

❗ Note: if the minimum number of paying people is not reached, an additional fee of 135€ is required for each missing person.

Folgarida-Marilleva: valid in the Folgarida-Marilleva ski area

MINORS:

child: born after 30.04.2014 with mandatory identity document accompanied by a paying family member (1 adult = 1 child) FREE. To obtain the free ski pass it is essential to show the identification documents (health card, tax code, family status) of the child and adult family member. The child pays the fee of 130€ if he contributes to reaching the minimum number of people per apartment.

Check-in and check-out

7 day holidays. Check-in and, key plus linen handover by the office in Malè fom 4pm to 7pm. For arrivals aftrer 7.30pm please call the day before. Key and deposit restitution and check-out within 9:30 by the apartment after we’ve checked that everything is ok.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation for personal reasons from the 30th day your’ll have to pay a percentage of the price of the holiday.
